- Step 1 - Inspection
- When the aircraft arrives at our shop it is given a 5 point inspection for:
A) Visible cracks, dents, and fuel leaks
B) Cracking, crazing, or previous stripper burns on the windows
C) Operation of all lights
D) Bearings and bolts
If any problems are found that the owner does not know about, we contact them.

- Step 6 - Dent repair
- Step 7 - Alodine
- Step 8 - Primer
- Step 9 - Base coat
- Step 10 - Stripes & Graphics
- Step 11 - New hardware
- Step 12 - Controls balanced
- Step 13 - Placards
- Step 14 - Finishing up
- Step 15 - Customer inspection
